A physical presence in Japan allows our company to recognise and respond immediately to the changing needs of our customers. Our Japanese office also provides a platform for further growth in the region. While Japan remains the largest market for Balco Australia hay, our exports to Taiwan, Korea and China are significant. The dairy and beef cattle industries in Taiwan and Korea are long standing, and the lack of land to grow their own fodder ensures ongoing opportunities for Balco Australia and our growers. China presents exciting opportunities to expand our customer base.
